Terms of Service for Trivy - Daily Trivia

Welcome to Trivy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our iOS application, "Trivy - Daily Trivia" (the "App"). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using "Sign in with Apple." You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else to do so. You agree not to:

• Attempt to breach or circumvent any security measures.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App, or attempt to access the source code.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate reports through the "Report Incorrect Trivia" feature.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or any user's enjoyment of it.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property

The App, Trivy - Daily Trivia, and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by its creators. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The name "Trivy - Daily Trivia" and any associated logos and branding.
• All trivia questions, answers, and the detailed explanatory summaries ("Content"). This Content is curated and authored by us and is a core part of our intellectual property.
• The unique design, user interface, "page-turn" feel, and overall "look and feel" of the App.
• The underlying source code and software.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its Content without our express written permission.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
• The trivia content will always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. While we strive for accuracy, you should use the "Fact Check" feature to verify information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the creators of Trivy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make a change that we believe materially affects your rights, we will notify you. By continuing to use the App after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
